Where we ship

Navora currently accepts orders through Stripe Checkout for addresses inside the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Standard processing is normally 2–5 business days before dispatch. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery estimates

• Poland: normally 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• European Union: normally 4–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks, incorrect addresses, weather, public holidays, and payment review may affect delivery time.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees and any available delivery options are shown during Stripe Checkout before payment is completed. We may update shipping prices and countries without changing this page each time.

Address accuracy

Please enter your full name, phone number, email, postal code, city, street address, apartment number, and country accurately at checkout. Navora is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
