Returns & Refunds
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with labels, packaging, and any included accessories where applicable.
How to request a return
- Email support@navora.website with your order number, email used at checkout, and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
- Pack the item safely and use a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
Return shipping
Customers normally cover return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item. Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
Items not eligible for return
- Items used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or missing tags.
- Personalized or made-to-order items.
- Sealed hygiene-sensitive items after opening.
- Gift cards or final-sale items where clearly marked.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
